I think a better name for Angel would have been "Chewbacca" or perhaps "Cerberus", but there's no question that Fate chose her name.
Tragically, her predecessor (whom Angel resembles a good deal) accidentally hanged herself when left unattended at the bathing sink by an employee of the PetsMart in Riverside, CA: "We're terribly sorry, but your dog is dead. Please accept this new dog, and a complimentary grooming with our deepest apologies."
